First Impressions count.
By the time we decided to sell our house in Abbotsford, we had already spoken with a number of agents. When my husband asked me who i thought we should engage to sell our house, I chose none of these agents.
You remember that guy we shook hands with at that open house months ago? Lets get him
That guy was Braden Walters.
What had impressed us on that first meeting was both an energy and a sincerity. And our instincts proved us right.
When we did engage Braden to sell our house, we soon realised that with him, what you see is what you get. Braden is an honest and open person. Theres no hidden agenda and he lets you in on everything.
Braden loves his work, and to his clients this translates to a dedication and enthusiasm that never falters (not even through pneumonia and pleurisy). His motivation is contagious. Braden in his subtle way managed to sustain enthusiasm through our 7 week sales campaign an unenviable task!
Communication lines are always open you can ask Braden anything pretty much at any time and it is never a problem. (I remember a phone conversation on Easter Sunday.) He answers emails promptly and handles marketing media efficiently.
Always polite and respectful, Braden never puts us in an uncomfortable position. He didnt patronise or bad mouth, he just focused on his goal of selling our home at the best price.
And this he did.
