- Being the top sales agent in a leading Sydney real estate franchise group

- Operating a highly successful real estate agency in Sydney's western suburbs for 10 years

- Being the Chief Executive of a real estate franchise group

- Managing the Training and Professional Development Unit of the Real Estate Institute of NSW

- Being the Licensee in Charge of the Property Management Division of McGrath Estate Agents in Sydney's eastern suburbs.

In addition to being the Managing Director of True Property Management Pty Ltd and True Real Estate Sales Pty Ltd, Bob is the Managing Director of True Business Solutions Group Pty Ltd trading as BWT (Australasia's leading property management training and business consultants).
